During her stay in Indonesia, Lizzo has been giving fans a glimpse of her life there. She playfully warned that her Instagram feed might feature “way too many bikini pics,” showcasing her confidence and happiness. In an Instagram Story, Lizzo also shared a fitness clip of herself skipping rope on a balcony, which she sped up for a dramatic effect.

Earlier this year, Lizzo addressed her mental health on social media, revealing a significant shift in her well-being. In May, she shared that she was “the happiest I’ve been in 10 months,” despite acknowledging that overcoming depression was a gradual process. Lizzo expressed relief that the “dark cloud” that had been following her was clearing, and she was beginning to smile genuinely again.

In March

Lizzo had voiced her frustration over public criticism and harassment. She criticized the negative attention she was receiving and felt worn down by the public scrutiny. “I’m getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the Internet,” she wrote, adding that the negativity made her feel unwelcome in the world.

Despite her earlier declaration of needing to “quit,” Lizzo clarified that she was not leaving her music career behind. Instead, she was stepping away from negative energy and focusing on what she loves: making music and connecting with people. “I’m going to keep moving forward, I’m going to keep being me,” she said.

Lizzo’s last album, Special, released in 2022, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and featured the Hot 100 No. 1 hit “About Damn Time.” Now, as she immerses herself in nature and relaxation in Bali, she seems to be embracing a wellness reset.
