Pearl Jam delivered an unforgettable performance at Fenway Park, Boston, on September 15, 2024, as part of their highly anticipated Dark Matter World Tour. The night was filled with a mix of classic hits, new tracks, and surprises that kept the crowd energized.
The setlist kicked off with “Footsteps” and “Release,” setting the tone for a powerful night of music. Fans were treated to iconic tracks like “Given to Fly,” “Corduroy,” and “Even Flow,” all of which showcased the band’s signature energy and stage presence. New songs from their latest album Dark Matter like “Scared of Fear” and “Wreckage” were also featured, giving fans a taste of their evolving sound.
The first encore included a special moment as Glen Hansard joined the band for a cover of his song “Song of Good Hope.” Pearl Jam also debuted “Blood” for the first time on tour since 2018, much to the excitement of the audience. The night closed with the classic “Alive” followed by a powerful cover of Neil Young’s “Rockin’ in the Free World” and their famous “Yellow Ledbetter,” complete with a “Star-Spangled Banner” tag.
